Defective Items

If you feel that a product is defective, or not as we advertised, or not of the expected quality – contact us to tell us about the problem. You need to contact us within 30 days. We may request that you return the items to us – we will reimburse you for the return postage if we ask you to return an item. If we agree that an item is defective we may replace it, or refund the purchase price, without need to return it.


You are able to return items to us within 30 days of purchase if they do not meet your requirements or expectations. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you choose to return an item to us then you must pay the cost of returning it to us and we recommend you use traceable delivery to ensure we receive it. Upon receipt of returned good we will refund the purchase price of the items.


All refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
